Info
SR-2 begins at the point where Santa Monica Blvd. crosses the city limits of Santa Monica at Centinela Avenue (Although one could argue it ends at the corner of SR-1 and Santa Monica Blvd. Its been decommissioned for a few years now) and ends at the mountain city of Wrightwood.
Beginning from Glendale Blvd. to US 101, SR-2 becomes the Glendale Freeway. Continuing on, it becomes the Depression-era project, the Angeles Crest Highway that starts from La Canada Flintridge and ends in Wrightwood. One of the few scenic state route in the Los Angeles area.
