A
highly addictive one-player
game distributed with
GNOME. It is a
port of a game called
Color Lines.
The game is played on a 9x9 grid,
with the initial condition of 4 balls randomly
placed in grid spots.
The play is to move one of the balls to another
area on the board which can be reached by rolling the
ball horizontally or vertically any number of spaces.
After moving a single ball, three more balls are
randomly placed on the board.
The only way to remove balls from the
board is to line 5 or more
balls of the same color
in a row (horizontally, vertically, or
diagonally). If you remove 5+x balls,
you get 10+2x points.
There are balls of 7 colors available
in play:
The
object of the game is to keep the board from
being completely
filled with balls.
