Ingredients:
150-200g dried pasta
1 stick of broccoli (approx. 300g)
1 red pepper
142ml carton of single cream
oil for frying
Parmesan cheese, to serve

Serves: 2

Preparation and cooking time: 30 min

Cook the pasta in boiling water for the time stated on the packet. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan. Cut the red pepper into strips and gently fry for 3-4 minutes. Separate the broccoli florets and cut the stalk of the broccoli into small pieces. Add the broccoli stalk to the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the florets, cover the pan and cook gently for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked. Stir in the cream and the cooked pasta and heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
