Ingredients
75-100g dried
pasta
2 tablespoons
olive oil
2 tablespoons pine
nuts, or sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds
1 clove of
garlic, chopped
150g frozen
peas
Serves: 1
Preparation and cooking time: 25 min
Cook the pasta in boiling water until it is al dente. Meanwhile, gently heat the olive oil in a small pan, and add the garlic, pine nuts and peas. Cook for about 7 minutes, until the peas are sizzling and cooked through. Drain the pasta, add it to the pan with the hot peas and olive oil and let it heat through.
