He used to live in the house on the corner

an old guy, with a history

They say he killed his wife

kids were scared to walk on his side of the street 

He used to live in a house that is now empty 

boarded up windows and a yard full of dead trees

They say he went crazy 

that he stayed up all night singing to no one 

I used to live around here 

but I don't anymore
