"10 to the T" (or 10T) is slang used when reffering to money used to buy illegal drugs, usually heroin or cocaine. The "10" can be replaced by any number when using the slang phrase as reference (ex. "5T", "50 to the T). The term is primarily used in the Northeast United States, namely in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
