A Dice Throw Will Never Do Away With Chance (Un coup de dés jamais n'abolira le hasard) is a poem by Stéphane Mallarmé which constituted a landmark in poetry at the end of 19th century because of its special layout which announced Guillaume Apollinaire's calligrammes and other experiments in 20th century concrete poetry.

I tried to include the whole poem here, but I was wrong, because HTML is made for markup, not typesetting. So I decided to remove it. If you want to see what it looks like, see a PDF version at http://mallarme.nemoclub.net/divers/Coupde.pdf (at the time of this writing, of course).
