AOC is a computer monitor brand, manufactured by little known yet extremely large Envision Peripherals (http://www.epius.com/).

AOC has a corporate identity and distribution network of its own, with branches in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. Their main production facilities are in China, and they're all ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 certified.

A French terminology that ensures that produce, usually wine or cheese, that claims to be from a specific region is authentic. The INAO, Institut National des Appellations d'Origine is the governing body mandated by law in 1935 to enforce AOC standards.
