1. Marked for death; finished. 2. Having the status of a habitual criminal; that is, subject to life imprisonment upon subsequent conviction. 3. Exhuasted or petered out, as a specific racket or criminal activity, or an area exploited to the point of exhaustion. 4. Exposed; unable to dissemble further. "You're all caught up, Lou. No more contracts (favors). I'm hip (aware) you were peddling all the swag (stolen food, etc.) I got you." (Note: Peddling is a high misdemeanor in prisons in the Northeast.)
