Amstel beer is a Dutch lager which is named after the river Amstel. It is very similar to Heineken beer, although the taste is somewhat sweeter. It is brewed by the famous Heineken breweries in the Netherlands. The only difference is the yeast used, apart from that the brewing process is a duplicate of the Heineken brewing process.
