Fennel and Fruilano Salad
Chop fennel bulb into bite-sized pieces; discard stalks but retain the fronds. Slice a red bell pepper into thin strips. Cube Fruilano cheese (a mild, sweet Italian cheese) and queso blanco (a dry white South American cow’s milk cheese similar in texture but not taste to feta). Dress with extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt, fresh black pepper, fresh white pepper, basil, oregano.

Garlic Crostini
Slice stale bread and dress with extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, basil, salt, white pepper. Toast. Easy.

Fava Butter
Puree fava beans with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garam masala, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder.
