2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
tblsp salt
½ butternut squash
1 banana
½ cup half-and-half(approx)
dash cinnamon
dash nutmeg (an is there nutmeg in this? amount)
1 or 2 eggs
1 tblsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk

Take the half squash, having removed the seeds, and put it, cut side down, on a plate with a little bit of water in it. Put the plate in the microwave for five minutes to cook the squash.

Scoop out the flesh of the squash into a blender. Add the banana (peeled) the cinnamon, nutmeg, and half-and-half. Blend until smooth and consistent.

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a seperate bowl.

Add the blended mix to the dry ingredients bowl along with the milk and eggs. when this mixture becomes consistent, begin to make pancakes.

(if you don't know how to make pancakes, pour the mixture into approx 3-inch circles on a buttered pan on the stove. Flip the cakes when the edges begin to bubble or some other common household rule of thumb. Flip again according to same or different rule. Generally, golden-brownedness is good)
