This was a song I was taught in summer camp when
I was in the sixth grade. I wish I could tell you the lyrics,
but I can't because I only remember a snippet and the
melody. Too bad, because it's a hilarious, raunchy song
(hilarity and raunch being very important when you're
twelve) unless, of course, your name is Suzie.
Anyhow, the bit I do remember is:
Suzie had a boyfriend,
Her boyfriend had a truck,
Suzie liked to drive it,
Her boyfriend liked to ...
(chorus)
Bang, bang Suzie,
When Suzie goes away,
Who will bang on Suzie,
When Suzie goes away?
I think there were about five or six verses, all of equally fine poetic caliber. If anyone can fill me in, I'd be ever so grateful.
