Being digital is a book compiled by multimedia guru Nicholas Negroponte of MIT's famous media lab. Negroponte is famous for his ability to predict how media technology will progress, and his open-mindedness when it comes to new ways of looking at old problems.

Being Digital is basically a condensed version of 18 articles he wrote for Wired magazine relating to various topics such as the future of television, the convergence of the television and the computer, video confrencing, music, art, in fact, he covers almost everything related to media and technology that affects the "digerati".

A damn good read for anyone who enjoys seeing the world through the eyes of a true visionary.
