Big Grim Tim,
James Spaniolo in real life, is a short-lived radio personality that appeared on the
Juggalo Show for a couple of months near the beginning of 1999. He specialized in answering fictitious letters asking for advice, and nearly all of his advice involved the
butt.
He is better known as rapper Jamie Madrox of Twiztid and Dark Lotus.
