Barukh ata Adonai, eloheinu melekh haolam, borei p'ree hagafen.

Blessed art thou Lord, our G-d, ruler of the world, creator of the fruit of the vine.

This traditional Jewish prayer is spoken at most meals (at least, those with wine) before imbibing wine. Growing up, my father would occasionally add, "Bless them hagafens!" to the end of this prayer. This slightly irreverent version of "Amen" has become traditional at SIPB seders, although usually the utterance will wait until anyone who is new to the meme has their glass at their lips.
