Mom’s Blueberry Jello

2 reg. Size boxes of dark red jello.
2 C. Boiling water.

Thoroughly dissolve jello, then add 1 cup cold water, and chill until it’s partially set.

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can blueberry or blackberry or cherry pie filling
1 can cherry or blackberry or blue berry pie filling
(2 cans of pie filling, total)

Mix fruits and berries into jello. Chill until set.

Use can also use fresh or frozen berries, cooked with a bit of cornstarch cheese thicken.

1 C. Sour cream
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla, if you think of it.

Beat together until smooth. Spread over jello mixture.

Eat with gusto
