The Boneli Reflex-Arc Test is a fictitious procedure used to identify andriods by the department running parallel, but invisible to Deckard's department in the book "Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep?". At least that's what Deckard thinks when he is first taken by Garland, the head of the department. Phil Resch explains the Test to Deckard.

The Test operates on the principle that the reflex-arc response taking place inside a upper ganglia of the spinal column requires several microseconds more in the humanoid robot than in a human nervous system. The Test stimulates the subject with either and audio signal or a light-flash. The subject presses a button when s/he senses the stimuli, and the elapsed time is measured. Several measurements are taken (normally ten) to provide the interrogator with an accurate appraisal of the subject.
