"Bonnaroo was the sixth largest city in the state of Tennessee for two days." -Janna Hellums / Executive director of the Manchester Area - Chamber of Commerce

Time: June 21st, 22nd, and 23rd, 2002.

Place: 500 acres of beautiful farmland just outside Manchester Tennessee.

Population: 85,000

Reason for enduring the blazing Tennessee heat: Many of the biggest musical acts in the jamband industry today. Bands like Phil Lesh, Bob Weir, Widespread Panic, Trey Anastasio, String Cheese Incident, Les Claypool, Soulive, Keller Williams, Galactic, and the Disco Biscuits all played excellent sets at Bonnaroo.

Bonnaroo featured two stages, late night tents, spinning DJs, carnival games, and tons of vendors.
