The county seat of Warren County in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Bowling Green is the fourth largest city in Kentucky. It is home to around 50,000 people. Bowling Green is the home of the Corvette, Camping World, Fruit of the Loom's World Operating Headquarters, Rafferty's restaraunts, Western Kentucky University, and Greenwood Mall. The major shopping district is Scottsville Road.
Bowling Green was the provisional capital of Kentucky during the Confederate occupation. Neary by attractions include Mammoth Cave National Park and Barren River Lake. Bowling Green is situated on Interstate 65. Highway 231, Highway 68-80, and Highway 31W all pass through Bowling Green. William H. Natcher Parkway begins in Bowling Green.
