An extremely large (about 3 storeys high) sign located on Broadway in Vancouver, BC, that said BOW MAC vertically. It once was the sign for the Bowell MacLean car dealership, now defunct, and for many years has been a landmark along broadway, to the point where local residents consider it a heritage site and fought to have it designated as such when the lot was bought and developed by Toys 'R' Us. The resulting compromise: the Toymac Sign. The sign was half red and half blue with white lettering in a wide, sans-serif font.
