Every Sunday (if I'm
up in time), I watch
A&E's "Breakfast With the Arts." It comes on just in time for my
morning coffee, and showcases one of the
performing arts every week (usually
music, sometimes
dance, sometimes
theater, etc.). These are always performed by renowned groups, and it's always enthralling, or
interesting at least.
No matter how cheesey it may seem, I love this show. It's so hard to see such performances normally, and when the shows do come to
my town, I usually can't afford the tickets. The past few weeks have showcased some of
Beethoven's
Piano Concertos played by the
Berlin Philharmonic, one of the greatest
orchestras in the world. Each show is a treat,
no doubt, for anyone who loves
the arts.
