Broiled Blackened Chicken or Fish



  • Blackening Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter per chicken breast
  • Skinless / boneless chicken breast or Fish Steak(or filet)

  1. Preheat oven to Broil
  2. Melt butter in cast iron skillet
  3. Coat both sides of meat with melted butter
  4. Sprinkle blackening seasoning on both sides of the meat
  5. Cook uncovered for about 12 minutes.
