Aside from being an okay song by Rage Against the Machine, the title is also used as a John Woo film, starring Leung Chu-Wai. The movie centers on three friends who flee Hong Kong after a mishap with some gang members. They go to Vietnam at the beginning of the war there in order to "thrive in chaos" as an elder mentions to them. Essentially, they're running illegal merchandise in a country where law doesn't exist anymore. The movie is brutal. I've seen plenty of movies and I personally found this one to be quite unsettling in it's depiction of loyalty, betrayal, and the horrors of war. John Woo has mentioned in interviews that this is his personal favourite.
