Years ago the Burger King fast food franchise had a commerical jingle which said "Have it your way, right away, at Burger King now."
Pastors from fundamentalist Christian denominations tried to latch on to this popular slogan by preaching "This is not Burger King religion! You can't have it your way!" Their intrepretation was that Christianity isn't a pick and choose religion. It is their idea that the only valid way to practice Christianity was to do it God's way.
This idea is very similar to the idea of Religion is not a salad bar which is rejected by Salad Bar Christians.
