A scam executed by CMR (Center for Medical Review), involving a "program" called CRASHData(r). This "program" was supposed to project injuries from specific accidents taking into fact, thousands of previous accidents, but it turns out there actually was no program and hundreds of people were turned down medical care because of this non-existent program. It was a huge scam to save money, those jerks.
