Another of the "Big Three" in chocolate terms - by that, I mean one of Cadbury's three popular chocolate bars, the others being Cadbury's Fruit and Nut and Cadbury's Dairy Milk. Cadbury's Whole Nut was the nuttiest of all bars, containing slightly more nut than Cadbury's Fruit and Nut as well as slightly more chocolate (though less than in Dairy Milk). The "whole nut" seems to refer to this increased quantity of nut-based filling, but in my experience, it's just the same type and style of nut as in Cadbury's Fruit and Nut. However, this nutty substance is still delectable, and the extra chocolate means you won't feel short changed.

Furthermore, this chocolate bar has a Fonz-like reputation. It has achieved a lesser degree of market penetration than its big brothers, but (perhaps because of this) it has acquired a wonderful aura of cool. Walk into any English newsagent, order a Whole Nut bar, and a round of applause will be heard, guaranteed.
