Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Cedar Rapids Iowa is the only city in Iowa that was targeted for a nuke by the Soviets in the 60's due to being the home of Collins Radio (now Rockwell-collins). Home of the Worlds Largest Cereal Mill Quaker Oats. Officialy known as the City of Five Seasons. Unofficialy know as the City of Five Smells (none of them nice). The citizens amuse themselves with bitter feuds over building Ice Rinks and Skate Parks. Both now being built hooray!

The Five Smells of Cedar Rapids (sometimes called See-the-Rabbits, affectionately referring to the copious number of rabbits one can find there in the Spring), are the result of the following: Quaker Oats, General Mills, ADM, the Cedar River, and agricultural odors, such as soybean and corn farms and related pesticides and fertilizers, and pig farming.
