My aunt always used to make these oddball little cookies. They were made of marshmellows, peanut butter, butterscotch, and chinese noodles (the fried kind. like bland flavorless sticks of bread). They looked really weird, but they were the best cookies I've ever had.

Before my aunt passed away from cancer a few years ago, I was fortunate enough to get the recipe from her. I don't think anyone else in my family has it, and I've never met anyone who has ever tried them. I though 99% of you won't ever care, but it will make me happy to know that this recipe is stored someplace, where hopefully someone some day will be able to enjoy it.

Chinese Noodle Cookies

5oz Chinese noodles (LaChoy makes these)
4 cups miniature marshmellows
1 cup peanut butter
12oz Bag butterscotch bits

Toss noodles & marshmellows in a LARGE bowl. Melt butterscotch & peanut butter in double boiler
pour over noodles/marshmellow mixture in the big bowl
mix lightly
Make teaspoon sized blobs on wax paper
