This is something said by Powdered Toast Man to a small boy as they fly through the sky on an episode of Ren and Stimpy. Hilarious at the time but now that I say it it leaves me numb and sort of hollow feeling.
Anyway, I like to think of it as more applicable in our everyday lives. Whenever you say "I'm going to get a coffee" quickly follow it by shouting in a manical fashion "CLING TENACIOUSLY TO MY BUTTOCKS!". Then be sure to get into the superhero "I'm about to take off" pose. But don't make it look like you are suffering from a bout of catatonic psychosis with waxy limb phenomena.
However on E2 it might be more appropriate to say "Ching tenaciously to my buttocks!" as your gaze over the who chings who statisitcs.
