Code Run (köd rûn) slang

Definition: A state in which a computer programmer has great success in conceiving ideas or logical structure when writing a computer program (The programmer wrote many programs in a single day due to "code run").

Layman's Definition: A term given to a programmer when the code seems to 'flow' from their thoughts into fingers and then into a source code file. The programmer is considered to be on a roll.

This state can last for a variable length of time and has many external factors which play a role (i.e. stress and current mental state).

Compare to Code Rush or Hack Attack.

The inverse of Code Run is Code Block.
