vagina. Pretty extreme on the
offensive meter. Derived, in my own linguistic estimation, from
cunt (anyone with a better idea feel free to /msg me), and is most often used in an equivalent manner.
Therefore, also can be, and is in most often, in my experience, used to refer extremely derogatorily to a woman.
