Arena in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah that serves as the home court for the Utah Jazz (NBA) and Utah Starzz (WNBA) basketball teams. It also hosted the figure-skating events for the 2002 Winter Olympics. The arena has also been used for concerts and served as the home for the Salt Lake Golden Eagles IHL hockey team until it moved to Detroit in 1994.

Owned by local businessman & Jazz owner Larry H. Miller, the Delta Center was built in 1990-1991 to replace the arena at the nearby Salt Palace where the Jazz played from 1979 until the Delta Center opened in 1991. Delta Airlines, whose western U.S. hub is 10 miles away at Salt Lake International Airport. paid $25 million dollars in 1991 for the arena naming rights for 20 years.
