A digital native is a person who was raised with computers and the Internet from an early age -- in many cases, from birth. It generally suggests easy familiarity with computers and related technology and an easy integration of digital systems into everyday life.
Those who were not raised in the digital world but learned their computer skills later in life are sometimes called digital immigrants.
