Baby doll issued in the mid-90's as part of tard chic, representing a baby with Down's syndrome. Devised to "help children understand their Down's-affected classmates", and "promote positive images of Mongoloids" (yeah, they actually used that term, don't flame me) it was widely bought among intellectual progressive families. The project crashed and burned, however, when most moms found that seeing their daughter walking around with one was just a little too realistic.
