"HELLO?!!!

WHAT?!!!
I'M ON THE TRAAAAIIIN!!!
I'LL HAVE TO CALL YOU BACK--
OKAY-- CIAO"
Dom Joly is the remarkably-monickered chap behind Trigger Happy TV, best known for the infamous Mobile Phone Sketch, versions of which run much as above.¹
Beyond his position as every Armchair Anarchist's favourite provider of sacred moments of silliness, comparatively little is known about him. Born in Beirut in November 1970, he apparently worked as a diplomat with the European Commission before working as a runner for MTV. Somehow or other he ended up doing sketches for Paramount before being given the contract to make a full-length Trigger Happy series for Channel 4.
More than you will ever want to know about Trigger Happy TV is available on the TV Anarchy page at http://tva.muon.posiweb.net.
[ 1 ] There are other sketches too, but everyone remembers only the ones where Dom is being irritating with a mobile phone. Before Trigger Happy TV was ever aired I saw a trailer for the program containing brief extracts from the sketches: once I'd seen the one that went "I CAN'T TALK, I'M IN THE LIBRARY" I never had to actually watch the program.
This would have been a nodeshell rescue if someone had first created it as a nodeshell.
