This is a song by Ween, from the album The Pod.

This music kind of flows into itself, bleeds into the limits of its boundaries. The voice is, again, distorted. The music is sparse and slightly stilted at times, but a guitar chord will be strummed and just linger there forever. The lyrics carry some emotion but also a sort of carefree feeling:

I'd like to see you before I go.
There's a few things I'd like to do.
And when you're gone, you'll be gone for long.
And soon I'll be gone too.

But don't sweat it. Don't sweat it. Don't sweat it.

Another verse comes after and then the first is repeated. It kind of calms the listener down before smashing the ears unexpectedly with the next song. Unpleasant to say the least. Tricky Ween brothers.
