His star is in front of the, The Supply Sergeant military surplus store which Carey comments "it's great being here in front of The Supply Sergeant because if a war breaks out you can buy your military supplies here and think of me."

Carey's star is the 2,216th put on the walk of fame, which also includes: Thomas Edison, Big Bird, and Pee Wee Herman.
