A Dynamite Bar is a fudgy brownie-shaped food prepared for cafeteria consumption. I have no idea how widespread it is, or even if it is known of outside my hometown (perhaps I will do a bit of research). The bar consists, mainly of chocolate, but it's of a texture I've never seen anywhere else... not hard like a bar, but not at all like a brownie either... and it won't melt either - it doesn't leave any mess on your hands. It's got peanuts and raisins in it (and maybe some other stuff, but I'm not sure), and it's all wrapped in cellophane for protection. They used to be included with every school lunch, and were considered the highlight of the meal.
