I bought my first box of Easy Mac a few weeks ago. I felt so dirty standing in the checkout line holding it, trying to be inconspicuous. It was just screaming "Hi! Making regular mac and cheese requires more effort than I am willing to expend. I must resort to Easy Mac. I am the laziest human being in existence."

Nonetheless, I brought it home and tried it out. Is it easy? Sure, just add water and microwave it. But does it compare to regular mac and cheese? I think not. If you follow the directions, it's always too runny. By the time I'd figured out the perfect amount of water to add, I could have finished making regular mac and cheese. I probably deserved that though, just for buying it in the first place.
When it's not Ramen Noodles, it's this.

Easy Mac comes in at least five flavors: Original, Extreme Cheese, Tombstone Cheese Pizza, White Cheddar Blast, and Nacho Cheese. Each box contains six of the convenient snack packets. Zesty Nacho Cheese, which utilizes pasta shells instead of the elbow macaroni of its two brothers, is my favorite variety. Ignore the directions on the package and simply pour the dried pasta into a microwave safe bowl, add enough H2O to cover them up, microwave for 4 minutes, add the cheese, stir, and you're set.
