The Epsilon Eridani solar system is location in the constellation of Eridanus. It is an approximate of 10.5 light years away from us (the 13th closest star).

The star Epsilon Eridani itself has a magnitude of 3.73 and is Class K2, a young dwarf star. It has a average temperature of 5100 kelvins. Epsilon Eridani is also approximated to being 3/4ths of the mass of our sun. It also appears to have at least one planet, around 0.8 to 1.6 the size of Jupiter, circling around the sun at 1.4 AU to sometimes even 5.6 AU, in its eccentric orbit.
