An piercing through the webbing in the middle of the lower lip, usually with a captive bead ring. It's a relatively harmless oral piercing, and relatively hard to see unless the lip is folded down.I imagine it'd tend to migrate out or risk getting torn out, but with relatively minor effects. The body jewelry against the teeth and gums could be a problem, but probably not. It's the inverted cousin of the scrumper piercing.
