In vehicle mode, reaches maximum speed of 220 mph; maximum speed with booster jets: 550 mph (for no more than 5 seconds). Range: 350 miles. In robot mode, carries 2 sonic boom rifles; one blast can shatter foot-thick steel. Clone brother is Cloudraker.

Transformers Tech Specs
Fastlane was a better-looking robot than a racecar: the front wheels (wheel, actually) were invisible between his robot legs, which were still separated by a gap at the front half of the car. The designers were so anxious to make his robot mode look identical to Cloudraker's that they forgot to leave a space for the car's driver to sit.
