Federation of Entertainment Unions

The Federation of Entertainment Unions is a grouping of five British Trades Unions active in the British media industry, namely,

• BECTU - the Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph and Theatre Union (for technical staff)
• Equity (that is the actors' union)
• the Musicians' Union
• the NUJ - or the National Union of Journalists
• the Writers Guild of Great Britain

The Federation provides a medium for liaison between the different unions and a common voice in negotiations over industry wide issues.
