A sheath or condom designed to fit over a penis, for the purpose of increasing sexual pleasure. The end of the device is fitted with rubber nobs, spikes, or other stimulation enhancers. Some women enjoy them, but many derive little to no pleasure from them. During intercourse, the tickler is quite distant from the clitoris, and instead is reaching towards the cervix. Some women like their cervix to be tickled, but most don't.
