band originally formed in
Warrensburg, Mo in
1994. The current band members are:
Heidi Phillips - vocals, guitar;
Justine Volpe - bass, backing vocals; and
Billy Johnson - drums. Until the enlistment of Billy, Frogpond had a history as an
all-girl band even through many lineup changes.
They have strong lyrics and a good sound. Very solid. Give them a listen if you like female vocals and an alternative sound.
