NFL Gameday 2000 is a football game/simulation created for the Sony PlayStation console. Featuring all 31 teams in the National Football League, the game features possible human control of all players. The players are named after their real life counterparts, minus the names of the NFL draft rookies. Although involves unrealistic moves, such as dropping back 10 yards to pass, a suspension of disbelief is created that fully engulfs the player as quarterback, running back, safety, cornerback, and whatever other position you choose to control.

Other features of the game include drafting from NCAA Gamebreaker as well as Exhibition, Practice, and Season modes.
