The one remaining good witch in Oz, who lives in the south, in Quadling country, in the L. Frank Baum books. The movie of the Wizard of Oz doesn't specify this. I vaguely remember a passing reference in one of the books to something having happened to the Good Witch of the North, and the other two former witches of Oz were wicked.
