A colloquial, internet-savvy way of saying "congratulations", or "congrats". I used to use it several years back when I used to play MUDs and whenever a fellow player reached a new level, everyone would greet him with "Gratz!!" or something. I've always been dorky, so I had an alias bound to display "-==-".
