Here are some fun (read: unusual) arpeggios I've always liked to integrate into my soloing. I won't bother covering the theory behind them, as that has already been adequately described in the scales' respective writeups.

    (A note on the whole and whole/half tone scales: These scales are very very cyclic, meaning you only have to learn them in a few positions for them to work for everything.)
